Sunbelt Roleplay is Recruiting for our Future!

Sunbelt Roleplay is working diligently to build our foundation and secure our future as a successful community in FiveM. The Founding Recruitment Initiative was started to bring in qualified candidates with like-minded goals and personalities to accomplish this. Although Sunbelt is an old-name in the FiveM space coming back into the game, our Management and Leadership Teams' have years of experience leading successful FiveM roleplay communities. 


What is the Founding Recruitment Initiative

The Founding Recruitment Initiative is a multi-step comprehension recruitment process to place qualified candidates in multiple positions throughout Sunbelt Roleplay. The initiative process is outlined as the following:


Step #1 - Submit a Letter of Interest (LOI)

Interested candidates must submit a well-formatted Letter of Interest (LOI) for any position they wish to apply for. Candidates shall ensure their LOI is no more than two (2) pages in length and meets the following:

  1.  What position(s) are you applying for? Candidates can apply for multiple positions at one time.
  2.  Common names you've gone by in other communities.
  3.  Previous experience in FiveM directly related to the position(s) applying for. Experience must be within the last two (2) years.


Each LOI shall be submitted via Google Drive as either a Google Doc or a PDF. The document should be viewable by anyone and copyable. The content of the letter of interest should be well written, utilizing proper grammar and punctuation, and formatted appropriately. Utilizing AI resources like ChatGPT is prohibited and will lead to immediate denial. We want to learn about you from you. 


Letter of Interests are submitted via the Ticket Support System in the Sunbelt Discord. There, representatives can answer any questions you have and receive your LOI. LOI's are then reviewed by the authorized individuals and candidates will be provide a response once a decision is made.


Step #2 - Participate in an Interest Interview

Candidates invited to move forward will participate in an Interest Interview. The Interest Interview is a 30-45 minute interview where candidates will meet with an authorized individual who will provide them an introduction into the Sunbelt vision, the position's department mission and goals, ask questions to learn more about each candidate, and have an open questions section where the candidate can ask any questions they have. 


Step #3 - Position Offer Letter

If an authorized individual decides to extend an offer to the candidate, they will be provided one within the Discord ticket. Each candidate has 48 hours to review the offer provided and provide a response. Candidates who don't respond within 48 hours without other provided reasoning will have their offer rejected. 


Step #4 - Onboarding

Candidates who accept their offer will be given an approximately one (1) hour onboarding into Sunbelt and their new position with an authorized individual. 


Important Information

Candidates who are rejected at any stage throughout the process is welcome to reapply unless otherwise stated in the ticket. 


Candidate Minimum Requirements

Prospective candidates shall ensure they meet or exceed the below-listed minimum requirements prior to participating in the initiative. 


  1. Meet all of the Sunbelt Community Terms of Entry.
  2. Individuals applying for positions marked as Leadership are required to be 18+ at the time of applying.
  3. Must have considerable previous proven experience related directly to the position(s) applied for.
  4. Must be willing to dedicate a reasonable amount of time to Sunbelt Roleplay.
  5. Must be an exceptionally mature, well-rounded, professional individual who is looking to make a difference.
  6. Must be free of an ego or mindset that members are somehow "below" you and you would like nothing more than to be in control of others. We are a member-driven community here.
